Zulu to Local Time Conversion

NOAA satellites use Zulu Time (or UTC--Universal Time Coordinated) as their time reference.

Find your local time in the first column. If you're on Central Daylight Saving time, you would use the fourth column to find your Zulu/UTC. For example, if it's 11:00am. CDT in Lincoln NE, it's 1600 hours in Zulu/UTC.
